The company are a longstanding residential property development company, seeking a engineering manager to join their growing team. They currently produce 300 units a year and are looking to grow this to 500 a year. They need someone who is searching for role satisfaction and security. The company offer role stability, which within the industry is a rarity! This truly is a role till retirement
* Liaising with stakeholders and utilities companies
* Assist the technical manager/director with acquisitions
* Compile technical reports/specifications
* BSc in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
* Experience working on residential development essential
* Competent dealing with stakeholders/utility companies etc.
* Experience dealing and complying with highways authorities
